TLC Rewards Program
We have switched to a new rewards program where you can now earn points for any purchases, referring your friends and family, and booking your appointments through our online scheduler!
Here’s how it works
- Just make a purchase using cash, check, or credit card (not applicable when paying with a gift certificate) and you will earn 10 points per dollar spent. Your purchase can be for any product, service, or gift certificate. It does NOT need to be just for a massage.
- When referring friends and family, make sure they tell us that you referred them when they come in for their appointment, and you will receive 300 points. This is only applicable for NEW clients, not existing clients.
- If you use our online scheduler, you will receive 50 points for each appointment you book online.
- To check your point balance, you can either go online and log in to your account through the appointment scheduler, or just ask the receptionist.
- To redeem points, just tell the receptionist when checking out, that you would like to use your rewards points. There is no minimum required when redeeming points, and you can combine points with other methods of payment if you do not have enough points to cover the entire cost of a purchase.
- Rewards points cannot be used at the same time as any discounts.
100 points = $1
- Appointments cancelled with LESS than a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service's fee.
- "No Shows" will be charged 100% of the scheduled service's value.
Repeated cancellations and "No Show's" may result in pre-payment being required.
We accept CASH, CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD, and TLC gift certificates.
